- Extensive S&OP planning experience in clinical and commercial setups
- Proficiency in Maestro and SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English skills
- Proficiency in German or Chinese is a plus

Tasks
- Develop and implement S&OP process
- Optimize S&OP process across 24-month horizon
- Gather clinical and commercial product demands
- Collect internal and external production capacities
- Create and manage supply plans
- Identify and address bottlenecks and idle capacities
- Develop robust supply scenarios
- Mitigate risks to ensure reliable patient supply
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead monthly Demand Review and Supply Review meetings
- Coordinate supply forecasts for suppliers and CDMOs
- Derive supply scenarios for bottlenecks
- Drive prioritization and decision-making
- Prepare scenarios and recommendations for senior management
- Ensure transparency on supply plans and risks
- Manage key stakeholders across departments
- Support Tech Transfer planning
- Onboard new CDMOs
- Ensure supply readiness for launches and clinical supply
- Implement and optimize planning systems like Maestro
Work Experience
