Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end development for medium complexity products
  • Collaborate with pattern and material experts
  • Partner with product marketing, design, and suppliers
  • Manage the entire apparel development process
  • Ensure product integrity and timely task completion
  • Enhance product performance with sport-specific knowledge
  • Approve fit and size specifications
  • Lead fitting meetings and make construction decisions
  • Analyze designs for manufacturability and market appeal
  • Hand over complete technical information to T1
  • Guide design and product marketing on T1 manufacturing efficiency
  • Manage T1 comments and feedback
  • Research market and supplier innovations
  • Implement innovation in product creation
  • Review and approve T1 costing information
  • Secure and adjust FOB cost quotes
  • Ensure adherence to adidas costing standards
  • Test fabrics, trims, colors, and development samples
  • Manage quality and process escalations
  • Review size sets for accuracy and merchantability
  • Sign off sealing samples with all related documents
  • Ensure legal compliance for final product
  • Update the system for accuracy and timeliness
  • Achieve specific KPIs
  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Support cross-functional projects
