- Ensure adherence to adidas costing standards
- Test fabrics, trims, colors, and development samples
- Manage quality and process escalations
- Review size sets for accuracy and merchantability
- Sign off sealing samples with all related documents
- Ensure legal compliance for final product
- Update the system for accuracy and timeliness
- Achieve specific KPIs
- Foster a knowledge-sharing culture
- Mentor junior team members
- Support cross-functional projects
