- Support delivery of business targets.
- Contribute to excellent customer service.
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities to meet service levels.
- Ensure high product availability.
- Create and update monthly demand forecasts.
- Gather and challenge Sales and Marketing input.
- Align Sales and Marketing input on key market drivers.
- Maintain statistical base forecast in SAP IBP.
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead local S&OP meetings.
- Prepare S&OP meeting decks.
- Review S&OP KPIs.
- Highlight gaps to plan, risks, and opportunities.
- Track S&OP actions.
- Support service level and inventory target achievement.
- Provide transparent demand signals and scenario analyses.
- Manage inventory planning for new, existing, and phase-out products.
- Provide input to global and regional supply planning teams.
