Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, computer science, or engineering
  • Fluency in German and English with confident communication skills
  • 4-6 years of experience in data science
  • Sharp analytical mindset, structured problem-solving approach, keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration
  • Proactive, reliable attitude, and enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Hands-on modeling experience with Python or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML methods (tree-based, Bayesian)
  • Familiarity with core cloud data services (Storage, compute, automation, ML, dashboarding)
  • Knowledge of relational, SQL, NoSQL databases, and ETL process
  • Strong plus: Knowledge/experience in visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), cloud tools (AWS/GCP/Azure), Generative AI solutions, front-end interfaces (streamlit)
