Requirements

  • •Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • •10+ years relevant working experience
  • •Extensive knowledge in statistics, mathematical optimization, and machine learning techniques
  • •Strong expertise in DevOps principles, MVC-based app development (Django, React, Python, SQL), app deployment, and hosting (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data model design
  • •Experience in the chemical industry is beneficial
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
  • •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • •Fluency in English is required
  • •Proven track record in delivering impactful data science projects within a corporate environment
  • •Experience in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • •Capability to inspire and drive digitalization at the department and organization level
