Description

In this role, you will lead a team focused on enhancing equipment processes in elastomer production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring the team, collaborating with engineering and production, and driving innovation and standardization across global operations.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering
• •Over 8 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
• •Proven track record of successful equipment project management
• •Ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment with minimal direction
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• •Strong strategic thinking capabilities
• •Track record of project management excellence
• •Exceptional communication skills in client-facing scenarios and internal teams
• •Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• •Working experience with Microsoft Office products, PowerBI, SolidWorks and/or other CAD systems

Tasks

• •Inspire and lead the Global Compounding & Dimensioning Equipment SME team
• •Develop a high-performing team through mentoring and professional development
• •Lead engineering and management teams in developing equipment specifications
• •Shape and communicate a clear vision for equipment process advancement
• •Standardize and harmonize production equipment and documentation globally
• •Map out and oversee team workload and project timelines
• •Drive efficient execution of objectives with a focus on resource optimization
• •Foster collaboration across departments with Process Engineering and production teams
• •Identify innovative solutions to enhance existing systems
• •Coordinate necessary GMP validations and process engineering evaluations
