Requirements
- •Master of Science in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
- •At least 8 years of experience in facility management in a cleanroom environment
- •At least 5 years of leadership experience in facility management within a cleanroom environment
- •Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations and guidelines
- •Knowledge in plant engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and handling chemicals and hazardous substances
- •Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- •Self-organized working style and strong organizational skills
- •Assertiveness, persuasiveness, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to delegate effectively
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Analytical mindset with a careful and structured approach to work
- •Sound judgment and a high degree of initiative
