In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of cleanroom facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while optimizing processes and managing external service providers for high-quality infrastructure support.

Requirements

• •Master of Science in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable field
• •At least 8 years of experience in facility management in a cleanroom environment
• •At least 5 years of leadership experience in facility management within a cleanroom environment
• •Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations and guidelines
• •Knowledge in plant engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and handling chemicals and hazardous substances
• •Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• •Self-organized working style and strong organizational skills
• •Assertiveness, persuasiveness, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to delegate effectively
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Analytical mindset with a careful and structured approach to work
• •Sound judgment and a high degree of initiative

• •Manage operation and maintenance of cleanroom facilities

• •Ensure high-quality service delivery from external providers
• •Develop building services maintenance towards predictive maintenance
• •Define and manage quality control of external maintenance services
• •Plan, execute, document, and monitor maintenance activities for building systems
• •Identify investment needs and manage cost planning and accounting
• •Organize documentation and reporting of maintenance events
• •Manage shutdown and release of building services systems
