- Plan, implement, and monitor maintenance measures

- Coordinate with authorities, external partners, and consultants
- Optimize processes and improve technical infrastructure for efficiency
- Ensure high-quality service delivery from external providers
- Develop building services maintenance towards predictive maintenance
- Define and manage quality control of external maintenance services
- Plan, execute, document, and monitor maintenance activities for building systems
- Identify investment needs and manage cost planning and accounting
- Organize documentation and reporting of maintenance events
- Manage shutdown and release of building services systems
