- •Degree in (Business) Economics or comparable qualification
- •Initial practical experience in risk management, ideally in financial services, consulting, or auditing
- •Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like MaRisk, BAIS, and DORA
- •Ability to work independently, proactive and well-organized
- •Broad, cross-functional perspective and teamwork preference
Education
Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Tasks
- •Support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- •Assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management
- •Conduct risk assessments and incident reporting
- •Monitor and oversee 1st Line activities
- •Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk governance
- •Perform Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
- •Develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- •Create response and recovery actions and communication plans
- •Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- •Support audits by providing requested evidence
- •Contribute to BCM-related training sessions
