- Experience with project management tools

Tasks
- Lead global Brand & Marketing strategy and guidelines
- Provide functional leadership to country Marketing directors and brand experts
- Translate consumer insights into effective activation plans
- Size and prioritize future growth audiences
- Define brand positioning in a digital environment
- Operate at the intersection of brand, media, creativity, and digital innovation
- Develop best-in-class briefs
- Orchestrate digital-first activations from planning to post-evaluation
- Own and evolve global brand and marketing planning
- Translate corporate strategy into clear, prioritized global and local plans
- Lead global planning cycles (annual, activity, scenario)
- Align global and local plans from objectives to channel-level execution
- Develop and enhance global measurement and KPI frameworks
- Monitor and report planning KPIs, budgets, and efficiency
- Monitor marketing and media trends, platforms, and technologies
- Transform insights into tangible pilots and actionable playbooks
- Act as key interface between global strategy, finance, markets, and execution teams
- Partner with brand experts across 11 countries
- Facilitate co-creation, constructive challenge, and alignment
- Lead workshops, trade-offs, and senior decision-making forums
- Lead cross-functional projects with defined milestones, stakeholders, and outcomes
