Tasks

- Act as technical escalation point for complex implementations
- Partner with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering teams
- Establish repeatable deployment playbooks and best practices
- Coach engineers to advise engineering leadership
- Synthesize customer insights into actionable feedback
- Champion safe and effective AI adoption across industries
- Ensure successful transition from pilot to production
- Support sustained developer adoption of Codex
- Hire and build a high-performing team
- Align customer outcomes with product direction
- Drive scalable patterns for AI-powered software development
