Tasks
- Advise customers on makeup and beauty trends
- Embody the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
- Sell products using in-depth knowledge and customer relationships
- Share product, trend, and beauty news with customers
- Continuously develop your own expertise
- Share expertise with the team
- Conduct short, insightful services in all departments
- Implement beauty classes
- Manage the Beauty Hub
- Develop team looks to support brands and trends
- Ensure product presentation according to visual merchandising
- Maintain and stock the sales floor
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Stock goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- Support merchandising updates and conversions
- Perform inventory tasks
- Operate the cash register
- Handle additional daily business tasks
