Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure production runs smoothly by performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and collaborating with the production team to optimize equipment performance. This role involves tracking maintenance activities and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• •Technical degree or vocational training in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field
• •Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial or production machinery
• •Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• •Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Forklift certification is a plus
• •Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• •Teamwork and communication skills

Tasks

• •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
• •Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor electronic faults
• •Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• •Support the production team with machine setup and calibration
• •Collaborate with operators and supervisors to optimize machine performance
• •Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and service reports
• •Track spare parts usage and assist in inventory management
• •Propose and implement equipment or workflow improvements
• •Assist in installing or upgrading equipment and participate in testing
• •Adhere to safety protocols and confidentiality requirements
