Requirements

  • Vocational training in maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering; master technician or equivalent qualification required
  • Certification as Maintenance Manager (CMM) is a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in production site maintenance
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Familiarity with SAP PM maintenance management
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance concepts like TPM
  • Strong technical knowledge in electronics, control systems, drives, machinery, and building technology
  • Familiarity with production processes and management systems
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Confident use of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Plan and organize maintenance activities
