Tasks
- Clean and repair extrusion die heads and LSR tools
- Inspect heaters and sensors and document findings
- Measure nozzle and mandrel tolerances according to specifications
- Document measured tolerances
- Inspect surfaces of coated and uncoated tools
- Prepare tool surfaces
- Pick up and deliver parts to and from service providers
- Perform incoming inspection of returned coated tools for functionality and quality
- Clean, inspect, and repair coolings andgattos
- Be available for occasional day trips
- Apply principles of preventive maintenance
- Document work results
- Manage spare parts within your area of responsibility
