  • Develop technology cost baselines and synergy hypotheses
  • Create value creation plans for applications, infrastructure, data, and vendors
  • Ensure realistic and actionable value during due diligence
  • Support pre-deal technology due diligence
  • Shape value creation and synergy cases pre-close
  • Drive post-close tracking and benefits realisation
  • Align financial targets with delivery execution
  • Challenge assumptions and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Develop technology value creation strategies
  • Identify and quantify synergy opportunities
  • Validate synergy assumptions with evidence-based analysis
  • Establish detailed technology cost baselines
  • Define and implement value tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor progress and address shortfalls
  • Provide insights into cost structures and technical debt
  • Identify key value levers, risks, and dis-synergies
  • Contribute to clear, defensible value creation plans
  • Align on value targets and delivery plans with stakeholders
  • Articulate technology value opportunities to diverse audiences
  • Develop M&A value creation methodologies and tools
