- Translate deal thesis into measurable outcomes
- Develop technology cost baselines and synergy hypotheses
- Create value creation plans for applications, infrastructure, data, and vendors
- Ensure realistic and actionable value during due diligence
- Support pre-deal technology due diligence
- Shape value creation and synergy cases pre-close
- Drive post-close tracking and benefits realisation
- Align financial targets with delivery execution
- Challenge assumptions and bring structure to ambiguity
- Develop technology value creation strategies
- Identify and quantify synergy opportunities
- Validate synergy assumptions with evidence-based analysis
- Establish detailed technology cost baselines
- Define and implement value tracking mechanisms
- Monitor progress and address shortfalls
- Provide insights into cost structures and technical debt
- Identify key value levers, risks, and dis-synergies
- Contribute to clear, defensible value creation plans
- Align on value targets and delivery plans with stakeholders
- Articulate technology value opportunities to diverse audiences
- Develop M&A value creation methodologies and tools
- Support business development activities
- Stay current with industry trends in technology cost optimisation
- Apply insights in M&A contexts
