Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Corporate Finance
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or comparable
- Bachelor’s level, minimum 4th semester completed
- Initial practical experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Advanced IT skills
- Confident command of MS Office
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Chinese (written and spoken)
- Fluent German skills (asset)
- Strong team spirit
- High level of commitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid university enrollment for internship duration (Bachelor candidates)
- Bachelor Certificate (graduates or gap-Year)
- Valid residence permit and working permit
Tasks
- Support ongoing transactions
- Assist in project preparation
- Conduct market research
- Analyze market information
- Assist with strategic analyses
- Perform financial analyses
- Valuate potential target companies
- Valuate divestment candidates
- Prepare internal presentations
- Create decision-making materials
- Develop internal databases
- Maintain analytical tools
