- Clear articulation of complex ideas through written and verbal communication
- Creative and inquisitive mindset, ability to challenge assumptions
- Business fluency in English

Tasks
- Define end-to-end integration and separation architectures
- Develop Target Operating Models and transition states
- Create technical and operational roadmaps
- Translate deal intent into executable architecture designs
- Establish architectural standards and guardrails
- Lead pre-deal technology due diligence
- Assess feasibility of integration and separation plans
- Identify Day-1 risks and dependencies
- Support post-close stabilisation and TSA exit
- Ensure alignment with business execution
- Bridge strategy and delivery teams
- Align architecture decisions with programme governance
- Engage senior client stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops for architecture direction
- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly
- Contribute to M&A methodologies and assets
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Coach junior team members
- Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation
- Maximize value and minimize risk
- Leverage emerging technologies for efficiency
