- Extend control frameworks to new entities
- Plan and execute Day 1 and Day 100 deliverables
- Prepare opening balance sheets and manage banking migration
- Transition payroll systems for new entities
- Conduct financial model sense-checks and hidden liability audits
- Assess data quality and ensure Day 1 readiness
- Track and report synergy realization
- Partner with ICS Lead to operationalize controls
- Use AI for accelerated due diligence
- Auto-classify trial balance anomalies
- Flag revenue-recognition risks
- Deploy LLM-powered document synthesis
- Generate integration status reports
- Create Day 1 checklists and synergy tracking dashboards
