- •Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree
- •2-3 years experience including renewable energy
- •Experience in M&A or debt financing
- •Familiarity with commercial and financial products
- •Experience in financial modelling
- •Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Residence in Berlin or relocation willingness

Tasks
- •Support deal teams throughout the entire transaction process
- •Assist with due diligence for new investments and financing
- •Develop and review sophisticated financial models
- •Perform discounted cash flow valuations and scenario analyses
- •Summarize complex results in a clear and effective manner
- •Ensure quality and consistency in investment valuations
- •Produce investment memorandums for internal committees
- •Prepare non-binding and binding offers
