- Perform detailed company and market analyses
- Prepare professional valuations and bid books
- Meet with potential buyers and sellers
- Identify and approach new buyers and sellers
- Execute and complete M&A transactions
- Prepare financing applications and resolve financing issues
- Act as the primary contact for entrepreneurs
