- Communicate with customers, drivers, and logistics partners
- Utilize freight exchanges to optimize transport capacity
- Build relationships with subcontractors and service providers
- Enforce legal, safety, and load-securing regulations
- Maintain accurate transport documentation and performance reports
- Support rate management and subcontractor assignments
- Analyze operational data for cost-saving opportunities
- Improve service quality and departmental productivity
