- Negotiate freight contracts
- Continuously optimize and improve processes
- Manage the budget for the logistics area
- Plan and coordinate projects within the area of responsibility
- Define and monitor KPIs for logistics
- Lead and manage a large logistics team with various interfaces
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
- Optimize the use of warehouse space, facilities, and materials
