Tasks
- Lead plant Supply Chain operations
- Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution
- Own production planning and scheduling
- Develop MRP strategy
- Manage capacity constraints
- Proactively reschedule and address short-term risks
- Ensure raw material availability
- Optimize inventory levels
- Reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock
- Guarantee inventory accuracy
- Enhance warehouse efficiency
- Manage intercompany supply flows
- Align with regional allocation models
- Drive on-time delivery
- Improve customer service performance
- Prioritize orders
- Recover backlog
- Handle critical deliveries
- Interface with Production, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Quality
- Contribute to regional Supply Chain governance
- Define lead times
- Ensure capacity visibility
- Support SAP deployment
- Standardize processes
- Lead and develop the local Supply Chain team
- Promote discipline and accountability
- Foster continuous improvement
