Requirements
- Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in heavy-, oversized multimodal transportation
- Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or higher
- Very good knowledge in CAD
- Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Client-oriented mindset focusing on aligning project goals with client needs
- Proactive communication and effective problem-solving skills
- Team player, stress resistant with strong conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, perseverance, and assertiveness
Tasks
- Plan and oversee transport and delivery tasks for timely cargo delivery
- Coordinate storage and delivery activities by managing the warehouse calendar
- Optimize multimodal transport flows regarding routes and loads
- Oversee the implementation of transport permits and necessary documentation
- Coordinate the return of empty cable drums with plant logistics
- Optimize planning and tracking concepts
- Manage key logistics figures for internal and external stakeholders
