Requirements

  • •Technical degree (technician with additional qualification or higher)
  • •Experience in special and heavy engineering
  • •Process experience (QM, audit experience) and knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6.4, other product-specific standards
  • •Methodological knowledge such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC and knowledge of SAP
  • •Communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
  • •Resilience and structured way of working
  • •Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • •Organize the introduction of global processes in local units
  • •Secure global goals in line with local quality objectives
  • •Adapt tests and documentation to meet local requirements
  • •Collaborate with the DQM and local authorities
  • •Ensure the required quality organization is in place
  • •Control the improvement process for product and process quality
  • •Support and organize internal and external audits
  • •Establish quality reporting for the plant and global quality functions
