Line Quality Inspection Molding(m/w/x)
Visual and dimensional inspection of injection-molded parts, monitoring quality during production. Technical apprenticeship and injection molding experience required. Shift work, performance bonus, health incentives.
Requirements
- Completed technical/production technical apprenticeship and ideally several years of relevant professional experience in injection molding/plastics processing
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection (e.g., visual inspection, measuring instruments, test instructions)
- Good knowledge of SAP, Hydra, and MS Office
- High quality awareness and careful, precise working method
- Independent, structured, and responsible working method
- Good observation skills, assertiveness, and clear communication
- Teamwork skills and resilience in a production-related environment
- Flexibility and willingness for shift work
Tasks
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of injection-molded parts
- Monitor product quality during production (e.g., 2-hour checks)
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate quality deviations
- Manage non-conforming parts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., 8QB)
- Perform quality and process audits
- Control and execute rework processes
- Ensure process stability
- Inspect and approve first samples and series
- Document inspections in the DQIP system
- Ensure availability and approval of inspection tools
- Book parts in SAP/Hydra
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams
- Participate in root cause analyses and improvement measures (KVP)
