- Plan and execute experiments with the development team.
- Conduct efficient experimental campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for LFP material implementation.
- Investigate LFP material properties' effect on cell performance.
- Characterize LFP cathode materials chemically, physically, and electrochemically.
- Develop methods to predict cell performance via material testing.
- Lead technical discussions with LFP material suppliers.
- Stay updated on LFP material technology developments.
- Align LFP developments with PowerCo’s targets.
