- Lead and develop the maintenance team for painting
- Ensure team qualification and training
- Maintain full availability of the painting facility
- Manage relevant maintenance processes
- Monitor technical systems, machines, and equipment, and document accordingly
- Define maintenance plans based on TPM and conduct maintenance while analyzing goal achievement
- Oversee external service providers
- Control and manage maintenance costs and budgets
- Initiate and execute projects to improve efficiency of the painting facility
- Continuously enhance maintenance processes
- Enforce compliance with safety and occupational health regulations
