Tasks

  • •Lead and develop the maintenance team for painting
  • •Ensure team qualification and training
  • •Maintain full availability of the painting facility
  • •Manage relevant maintenance processes
  • •Monitor technical systems, machines, and equipment, and document accordingly
  • •Define maintenance plans based on TPM and conduct maintenance while analyzing goal achievement
  • •Oversee external service providers
  • •Control and manage maintenance costs and budgets
  • •Initiate and execute projects to improve efficiency of the painting facility
  • •Continuously enhance maintenance processes
  • •Enforce compliance with safety and occupational health regulations
