Requirements

  • •Higher education degree in business, law-related field, or comparable qualification
  • •5–10 years of relevant professional experience in legal operations, project management, contract management, or similar roles
  • •Experience in external counsel management
  • •Hands-on experience with contract management / CLM systems and legal workflows
  • •Solid experience in coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured, hands-on mindset
  • •Fluent in German and English, written and spoken

Education

Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Coordinate and manage legal and compliance projects
  • •Manage external legal counsel, including budgeting and cost control
  • •Develop and maintain contract management systems
