Tasks

• •Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design and test AI-powered workflows
• •Partner with clients to understand use cases and map processes
• •Configure tailored solutions for clients
• •Translate legal expertise into structured data and workflows
• •Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts with real legal documents
• •Guide clients on best practices for AI-assisted legal work
• •Create content and learning materials for the Libra Academy
• •Provide actionable insights to improve prompt quality and accuracy
• •Stay informed on legal tech trends and emerging AI capabilities
• •Deliver client workflows and AI configurations successfully
• •Achieve high customer adoption and satisfaction scores
• •Contribute to product improvements and knowledge base content
