In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and legal, ensuring contracts are tailored for compliance and effective implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting agreements, providing legal insights, and collaborating with various teams to support company operations.

Requirements

• •2+ years of relevant corporate experience or in a law firm
• •Familiarity with legal topics related to sales, licensing, IP law, data protection law, and corporate law
• •Outstanding communication and writing skills in English; German skills advantageous
• •Experience in working in a global environment across borders
• •Pragmatic approach in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
• •Ability to work independently and autonomously

Tasks

• •Act as a liaison between global sales teams and the legal department
• •Create, develop, and maintain customized contracts for product distribution
• •Draft and negotiate various service agreements in collaboration with sales and operational teams
• •Prepare final execution of agreements and manage internal and external communication
• •Examine, adjust, and supplement existing agreements
• •Manage customer and supplier contracts and general contract management
• •Provide legal opinions and conduct research on contract law, betting and gambling law, copyright and media law, and corporate law
• •Coordinate cooperation between commercial departments and external legal advisors as needed
• •Handle administrative and project-related tasks
• •Provide legal advice and training to operational teams across departments
