Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management/administration
- Juris Doctorate or equivalent preferred
- Experience supporting in-house global technology firms preferred
- Proficiency in license, hosting, confidentiality, professional services, and procurement contracts
- Experience supporting global contract management system implementation
- Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Experience developing guidelines for contract processing and oversight
- Knowledge and experience in legal support AI tools preferred
- Experience with Ironclad, Docu-Sign, and Salesforce preferred
- Experience supporting debt collection processes desirable
- Broad exposure to diverse legal department functions desirable
- High trustworthiness and discretion
- Ability to work with high volume time-critical global contracts
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability in supporting global Sales/Legal/Procurement teams

Tasks
- Implement and develop the contract management system
- Process global client, sales, and vendor contracts
- Conduct risk assessments on legal documents
- Manage contract approvals, signatures, and storage
- Collaborate with global commercial and legal constituents
- Optimize contract management to accelerate revenue
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
- Provide administrative support for contract processing
- Liaise with Sales, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders
- Establish new business processes for system optimization
- Administer systems including Ironclad, DocuSign, and Salesforce
- Support debt collection processes and legal research
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties
- Analyze potential risks and identify improvement areas
- Ensure contracts meet all regulatory requirements
- Oversee contract execution and track performance metrics
- Advise employees and leadership on contractual information
- Maintain organized contract records, files, and logs
- Draft and recommend revised contracting policies
- Develop and present procurement training to staff
