Tasks
- Advise regional functions on operations, procurement, and SHEQ
- Support core teams across remote operations centers
- Collaborate with German and European energy and procurement teams
- Work with regional and national management and the EMEA Legal Team
- Serve as an integral member of the Global Law Department
- Handle European, German, and national energy and climate change law matters
- Draft and review procurement and sales contracts under European legal frameworks
- Cover topics like Green Hydrogen, Carbon Capture Storage/Utilization, and decarbonization strategies
- Provide legal support in operational matters and general procurement
- Assist with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) issues
- Address regulatory topics and litigation as needed
