  • •Fully qualified lawyer
  • •7+ years of relevant professional experience in international life sciences law firm or in-house in pharma or biotech industry
  • •Expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical laws, promotional regulations, and compliance frameworks
  • •Track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing legal aspects of cross-functional projects
  • •Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business models, value chains, and key risk drivers
  • •Confident communicator with senior internal stakeholders
  • •Fluency in English and German, written and spoken

Tasks

  • •Serve as the primary legal advisor on pharmaceutical and life sciences matters
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor and clinical trial agreements
  • •Provide legal oversight on promotional and medical materials for compliance
  • •Assess regulatory-driven legal issues related to clinical trials and drug development
  • •Deliver pragmatic legal guidance for commercial and pre-commercial activities
  • •Coordinate and manage external counsel in the EU and the US
  • •Contribute to cross-functional and international projects with internal teams
  • •Support the development of internal legal processes and templates
