- Review on-site PPAs, direct marketing agreements, and green electricity contracts
- Provide legal guidance throughout origination, tender, and execution phases
- Support commercial decisions with clear, pragmatic legal input
- Collaborate with PPA Origination, Investment, Project Finance, and Energy Risk Management teams
- Monitor developments in European energy law
- Assess impact of regulatory changes on PPA structures and transaction risks
- Support tender procedures and present legal analyses
- Offer risk assessments and concrete recommendations to internal committees
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and national/international law firms
