- Review distribution agreements
- Train and develop processes for distribution
- Serve as the primary contact for legal needs in EMEA
- Collaborate with internal business and legal teams
- Design and implement tools and workflows for efficiency
- Leverage AI and automation for process improvement
- Support local compliance matters, including GDPR and ESG
- Coordinate with external counsel
- Participate in corporate governance activities
- Engage in cross-functional and international projects
- Assist with M&A and due diligence efforts
