Requirements
- University degree in law and license as a qualified lawyer
- Additional qualifications in international business law are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in an international company or renowned law firm
- 1+ years of experience working with multinational teams
- Experience advising senior executives
- Initial years of general legal experience
- Relevant expertise in supporting GTM functions
- Sound knowledge of German and international commercial law
- Knowledge of contract law, data protection law, and compliance
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Other language skills are an advantage
Tasks
- Provide legal advice on contract, commercial, and data protection law
- Review and negotiate national and international contracts
- Assess legal risks and develop strategies to minimize them
- Support the resolution of legal disputes and coordinate with outside counsel
- Advise on compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Conduct internal training on legal topics to raise awareness of risks
- Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure a uniform legal strategy
