Requirements
- Admission to practice law in EU or U.S. state bar with excellent results
- Minimum 3 years relevant legal experience in international firm or in-house
- Provide legal/regulatory guidance on transportation and go-to market strategies
- Thrive in changing legal environment, translate uncertainty into practical guidance
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, ability to develop in fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and ideas
- Comfortable navigating complicated issues, balancing risk with commercial objectives
Tasks
- Serve as trusted advisor to General Counsel and executive leadership
- Align legal, regulatory, and go-to-market priorities with company objectives
- Advise on legal compliance and product design
- Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and product teams
- Structure and execute compliant go-to-market initiatives
- Provide timely legal advice on commercial and regulatory issues
- Manage pre-litigation disputes
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Develop scalable legal tools and processes
- Create playbooks, templates, and training materials
- Oversee regulatory compliance matters
- Manage relationships with key regulators
- Design and maintain global regulatory compliance framework
- Anticipate regulatory changes and embed compliance into go-to-market
- Manage and interface with outside counsel
- Scope and manage budgets for legal matters
