Tasks
- Prepare and conduct court hearings in employment law matters
- Provide legal support for HR projects and management
- Address collective labor law issues
- Ensure labor relations strategies and compliance
- Negotiate and draft works agreements with the works council
- Establish legally compliant processes with committees
- Align processes with company objectives
- Monitor changes in employment law and works council practice
- Advise on necessary policy and practice adjustments
- Train HR department and management on works council relations
- Train on changes in employment and labor law
