Learning & Development Lead(m/w/x)
Developing AI adoption and lifelong learning programs for a global insurance leader. University degree and confident stakeholder communication skills required. Flexible work arrangements, secondment opportunity.
Requirements
- University degree in business psychology, business administration, or related studies
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders across business areas
- Good knowledge of change and HR management concepts, tools, techniques
- Proficient IT and AI skills (M365, Success Factors, AI tools, Degreed, LMS)
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, can-do attitude, growth mindset
- Strong consultative and problem-solving approach, networking, relationship building skills
- Solid conceptual thinking, structured methodological approach, leveraging AI/GenAI tools
- Fast learning ability and challenging the status quo
- Minimum 6 years HR work experience, ideally Talent Management, Learning, global business
- Project management experience, preferably agile methodology knowledge
Tasks
- Develop and implement lifelong learning programs
- Support AI adoption and employee growth initiatives
- Steer we@Re initiatives and community activities
- Strengthen leadership and functional capabilities in teams
- Design and deliver learning and development programs
- Assess impact of learning and development programs
- Monitor Allianz Leadership program #LEAD
- Serve as contact for system-based learning reporting
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning with AI focus
- Consult line managers on performance and engagement
- Collaborate on global Skill Management initiative
- Analyze and propose mobility improvement approaches
- Evaluate and track learning KPIs
- Contribute to global HR metrics and employee engagement survey
