Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement role experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, MDI, 5S, VSM, Root Cause Problem Solving, Standard Work)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulousness with structured, independent working style
  • Adaptability and ability to guide/support colleagues
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team player
  • High independence, initiative, assertiveness, flexibility, resilience
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Establish and develop Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office
  • Initiate, plan, and prepare Lean activities
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and track Lean activities
  • Develop and update transformation roadmaps
  • Implement Lean principles to eliminate waste
  • Apply Lean methods to increase operational efficiency
  • Analyze existing workflows for inefficiencies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Deliver training sessions on Lean tools
  • Provide hands-on support for Lean best practices
  • Collaborate with departments on improvement initiatives
  • Track progress of Lean initiatives
  • Review effectiveness of Lean initiatives
  • Report Lean initiative results
  • Recommend adjustments for Lean initiatives
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops
  • Lead Kaizen workshops
  • Follow up on Kaizen workshops
  • Support creation of standard work instructions
  • Maintain standard work instructions
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations
  • Implement corrective actions for process issues
  • Support quality control system development
  • Support quality control procedure integration
  • Collaborate globally with international teams
  • Exchange standard processes with international teams
  • Lead the local Lean team
  • Support the local Lean team in achieving targets
  • Support the local Lean team in improving processes
