Description

In this role, you will shape treasury strategy while collaborating with senior leaders on financing and liquidity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing debt portfolios, supporting lender communications, and driving key treasury initiatives that enhance business performance.

Requirements

• •7+ years of experience in treasury, controllership, or related finance functions
• •Strong financial modelling, Excel, and analytical skills
• •Proven experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives
• •Ability to work independently on complex topics
• •Solid understanding of treasury accounting
• •Data-driven, hands-on, and pragmatic mindset
• •Strong prioritization skills and collaborative team-player attitude

Tasks

• •Shape group-wide treasury strategy
• •Collaborate with senior leadership on financing topics
• •Manage the external debt portfolio
• •Oversee capital markets activities
• •Act as a sparring partner for strategic treasury decisions
• •Own reporting and analysis for rating agencies
• •Support lender communications
• •Contribute to discussions with auditors
• •Provide inputs for the annual report
• •Maintain treasury policies
• •Implement and maintain free cash flow analysis
• •Roll out a global card program and policy
• •Identify productivity and value-adding improvements
• •Serve as the first point of contact for treasury accounting
• •Manage cash pooling and hedging topics
• •Collaborate with Tax on intercompany loan frameworks
• •Oversee automated FX hedging solutions
• •Ensure effective operation of FX hedging across the group
• •Align treasury processes with key finance stakeholders
• •Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making
