- Track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong portfolio/programme management discipline
- Commercial sharpness, comfortable engaging on strategy, operations, financial implications
- Executive-level communication: concise, clear, decision-oriented
- High EQ and stakeholder leadership, able to challenge constructively and build trust
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to switch between strategic framing and hands-on execution

- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Advise and lead transformations
- Shape decisions and orchestrate trade-offs
- Ensure follow-through with direct exposure to CEO and ExCo
- Internalize transformation capability
- Turn complex initiatives into a coherent transformation story
- Clarify priorities, ownership, risks, and value
- Raise decision quality, execution speed, and accountability
- Run the Transformation Control Tower
- Act as the central hub for major transformation initiatives
- Build and operate a living portfolio view
- Surface risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively
- Drive common standards for initiatives
- Create a single, trusted source of truth
- Orchestrate governance and decisions
- Run the Ops Committee cadence end-to-end
- Design and operate SteerCos for real trade-offs and accountability
- Prepare integrated, decision-oriented views for CEO and ExCo
- Drive portfolio performance and value
- Implement and run a robust OKR/KPI framework
- Support enterprise-level prioritization and resource allocation
- Strengthen value realization discipline
- Clarify the 'why' and track outcomes
- Flag gaps early
- Operate across the full enterprise portfolio
- Focus on marketing, price and promotion, ecosystem build-up, and value proposition
