- Lead and challenge strategic decision-making
- Improve team processes, including Jira and reporting
- Build relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders
- Prioritize the product roadmap effectively
- Guide junior colleagues to deliver the right products
- Integrate external systems and harmonize data structures
- Build revenue-increasing products for carriers
