Requirements

  • •Technical leadership in cross-functional teams
  • •Experience with live free-to-play mobile games
  • •Professional background with Unity, including Addressables or AssetBundles
  • •Skills in profiling, debugging and performance analysis
  • •Understanding of multi-platform development on iOS, Android, PC, Mac or Web
  • •Familiarity with CI or CD systems and build pipelines
  • •Strong communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders
  • •Ability to mentor programmers with empathy
  • •Proactivity and self-direction
  • •Familiarity with backend and infrastructure
  • •Experience with front-end technologies (Java/TypeScript & Vue, React)
  • •Experience with asset/content pipelines
  • •Understanding of shaders and graphics programming
  • •Experience with multiplayer or online game features

Tasks

  • •Act as the technical lead for a product area
  • •Take ownership of architecture and engineering direction
  • •Involve hands-on in development of new features
  • •Drive architectural alignment for new initiatives
  • •Coach and mentor game programmers in feature teams
  • •Onboard new programmers effectively
  • •Lead technical evaluation of upcoming features and tools
  • •Advise cross-functional partners on tech strategy
  • •Collaborate with Producers, Product Managers, and Designers
  • •Unify technical voice across teams for efficient development
