Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • •8+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B enterprise software
  • •At least 3 years in a leadership role managing other PMs
  • •Deep knowledge of PLM (Aras Innovator preferred) and Mechanical CAD software
  • •Understanding of 3D geometry, tessellation, and the Digital Twin concept
  • •Proven ability to coach PMs through technical trade-offs
  • •Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Tasks

  • •Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers
  • •Establish standardized PM frameworks for consistent delivery
  • •Translate business goals into a multi-year product roadmap
  • •Align closely with Aras on platform updates
  • •Define mapping and synchronization of mechanical data within Aras
  • •Own the roadmap for 3D viewable generation and DMU capabilities
  • •Direct the conversion logic for 3D assembly structures into PLM BOMs
  • •Oversee user experience for Check-in/Check-out and WIP data handling
