Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent education

- 6+ years product management experience
- 3+ years product management in Banking/payments
- In-depth knowledge of Bank payments, standards, ecosystems, APIs, regulations
- EU region regulatory knowledge
- Familiarity with APIs, integration, cloud services
- Ability to understand technical concepts
- Work closely with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using data for product decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Articulate complex concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- Proven track record managing complex projects
- Proven track record managing product launches
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for delivering great user experiences
- Advocate for customer needs
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Tasks
- Contribute to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders
- Implement architectural roadmap balancing innovation and regulatory requirements
- Enhance customer experience and meet customer needs
- Monitor success metrics through usability studies and market analysis
- Manage workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, and market research
- Drive data-driven decision-making
- Monitor product profitability and budget
- Participate in operational reviews and business reviews
- Collaborate with content developers, data scientists, and designers
- Interface with product and technology leadership
