Tasks
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver web and mobile experiences
- Support the overall roadmap strategy for medical devices
- Define project requirements for user-centered design solutions
- Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects
- Design and execute user research activities for project maturity
- Create service blueprints, user journeys, and prototypes
- Conduct design reviews and participate in feedback sessions
- Mentor and coach junior designers
- Manage stakeholder relationships
