Lead Product Designer(m/w/x)

Description

As a Lead Product Designer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create exceptional web and mobile experiences for medical devices. Your role involves defining project requirements, conducting user research, and mentoring junior designers, all while ensuring a positive impact on patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• •Solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates
• •Bachelors or Masters in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• •10+ years’ experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions
• •Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions
• •Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps
• •Experience designing user interfaces for various mediums and platforms
• •Ability to recognize and distinguish value-add strategic activities versus busy work
• •Working knowledge of Figma
• •Portfolio is a must

Tasks

• •Partner with stakeholders to deliver web and mobile experiences
• •Support the overall roadmap strategy for medical devices
• •Define project requirements for user-centered design solutions
• •Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects
• •Design and execute user research activities for project maturity
• •Create service blueprints, user journeys, and prototypes
• •Conduct design reviews and participate in feedback sessions
• •Mentor and coach junior designers
• •Manage stakeholder relationships
